For some reason I've never thought of it as a vehicle to learn how to reign as kings. It was always fast in order to draw closer to the Lord or get an answer to prayer etc. which are good motives but this opens up a whole new kingdom thought process and goal. Good teaching thanks for spending time in prayer and study and sharing this. This is one of the best teachings on fasting I’ve ever heard/read.
